Legal recourse is excluded for all weekly prize draws within the scope of the Mercedes‑Benz After Work Golf Cup. Winnings cannot be paid out in cash. No prize may be transferred, deferred or exchanged. The procedure for determining the winners is at the discretion of W&L Internationale Golf AG.

All registered participants of the Mercedes‑Benz After Work Golf Cup who took part in a series tournament during the respective prize draw week are eligible to participate in the prize draw.
